Q. What are the advantages of staying with Toronto Suites rather than a hotel?
A. We provide much more space at a much lower price. This includes a living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and bedroom(s).

Q. What is the shortest length of stay I can reserve for?
A. The minimum stay is 30 days.

Q. What is included in the apartment rent?
A. Weekly house keeping and linens, heating, air-conditioning, electricity, high speed internet, local telephone calls, voicemail, cable TV, fitness club membership, and all taxes.

Q. How are the apartments equipped?
A. The kitchens are fully equipped with fridge, stove, dishwasher and microwave oven. All dishware cutlery and cooking accessories are provided. Bedrooms and baths are supplied with linens and towels. There is a telephone, television, DVD and CD/Stereo, blow dryer, iron and ironing board.
Q. Are there Laundry facilities?
A. Yes, ensuite laundry facilities are available upon request. There are also common laundry facilities on site.
 
Q. Is there housekeeping service?
A. Yes we offer weekly house-keeping which is part of the monthly rate.
 
Q. Are pets allowed?
A. Yes we do accept pets. A non-refundable pet deposit of $300.00 applies.
 
Q. What time is move in?
A. Move in time is after 4 p.m. If you need to make special arrangements, please call Customer Service.
 
Q. How may I pay for my reservation?
A. Personal cheques, debit cards, as well as some major credit cards are accepted. Corporate accounts may establish direct billing procedures.
 
Q. Is onsite parking available?
A. Yes there is parking available on the premises. Additional monthly fee applies.
 
Q. How do you charge for long distance telephone calls?
A. You may use a pre-paid calling card or a cellular telephone for long distance dialing.
 
Q. Do you have fitness facilities?
A. Yes we do! We have arranged access for our guests to a professional fitness facility, which is conveniently located right beside the St.Clair subway station.
